Job summary

Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Bhd is seeking a Construction/Engineering Coordinator to support KPI planning, refurbishment works, and contract administration for highway projects. You will assist in technical reviews, tender documentation, and site supervision to ensure timely completion within budget.

Ideal candidates will have a BSc in Architecture or Construction Project and 3–5 years of relevant highway experience, capable of working with minimal supervision in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• BSc in Architecture or Construction Project or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' experience in related field, with highway operations knowledge.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate KPI planning and track progress for management approval.
• Assist refurbishment works at Toll Plaza, Region & Section.
• Provide information and documentation in response to customer complaints.
• Apply technical knowledge to support assigned projects and regulatory requirements.
• Review technical drawings, bills of quantities, specs, and compile feedback for tender/contract documents.
• Attend site visits and progress meetings to supervise project execution.
• Monitor construction costs to stay within budget and limit variations to 10% of contract sum.
• Check claims, variation orders, extension of time, and other contractual documents.
• Prepare letters, meeting minutes, and reports for project execution and completion.
