Job summary

1 Pavilion Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead strategy for commercial and high-end residential properties. You will coordinate with consultants/architects, plan show galleries, and drive campaigns including digital marketing.

The role includes budgeting marketing expenditures, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with licensing and reporting to authorities. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the property development sector.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Involve in product development and liaise with team of consultants/architects.
• Plan and implement marketing strategy, program and activities including setting-up of sales galleries and show units.
• Source, negotiate and recommend selection of consultants and agencies related to marketing, public relations, media and communications activities.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities including Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Prepare, plan and update of marketing expenditures.
• Analyze customer buying preference, market trend in terms of effective sales & marketing strategies, customers’ database and competitors’ studies through market analysis, sales information and survey/research.
• Liaise with the Authorities for the application and renewal of Developer License/Sales & Advertising Permit, bumiputra quota waiver as well as regular report submissions as required by relevant government agencies.
• Maintenance of sales gallery and show units.
• Marketing administrative works including preparation of management recommendations, payment requisitions/purchase order, payment follow-up, stock control of corporate gifts and other administration monitory as and when required.
