Job summary

Senibong Cove Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an ASST. MANAGER / MANAGER, MARKETING to align and execute all marketing activities for the property developer, guided by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

You will lead the marketing team, coordinate with suppliers and agencies, plan digital and offline campaigns, and organize roadshows and showroom promotions to drive property sales in Johor Bahru. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing or related field; or 5+ years in real estate marketing.
• Proficient in digital advertising platforms and social media.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Able to coordinate with suppliers, agencies and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, ad agencies and property agents for campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property launches, including digital and offline campaigns.
• Organize roadshows, events and showroom promotions to boost sales.
• Create and manage marketing materials, advertisements and promotional content.

ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER, MARKETING (PROPERTY DEVELOPER)

Job Descriptions:

To align and execute all marketing activities in accordance with the department's objectives and strategic direction as guided by the Director of Sales & Marketing

To lead, supervise the marketing team to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing targets established by the Director of Sales & Marketing

To liaise and coordinate effectively with suppliers, consultants, advertising agencies, property agents, and other relevant third parties to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and execution of marketing initiatives and projects

To oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and all aspect to ensure increase sales revenue as per guided by Director Sales & Marketing

To maintain effective working relationships and coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and other relevant third parties to support the Company's marketing and sales objectives

To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property developments, including digital and offline campaigns as guided by the Director of Sales & Marketing

To organize and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions as guided by the Director of Sales & Marketing

To be responsible in creating and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches as guided by the Director of Sales & Marketing

To carry out any other ad-hoc relevant marketing administrative duties as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing or management from time to time

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Proven and well experience in marketing within the property development & real estate industry. Good knowledge of real estate trends and buyer demographics.

Have ability to work closely with suppliers, consultants, advertising agencies, property agents, other relevant third parties and inter-department teams to drive marketing efforts that result in property sales.

Good hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, social media and others relevant platforms.

Experience in event planning and offline marketing activities. Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.

Excellent in PC skills and MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint); technology skills (e.g. Adobe photoshop, Canva etc).

Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing or any field (those without requires academic qualification but have more than 5 years’ working experience in related field with proven track record are encouraged to apply).

Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
