ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing strategies and maintain market competitiveness.

Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing plans for project launches and ongoing promotional activities.

Support in the management of marketing budgets for assigned projects and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and resolve operational issues.

Assist in identifying and implementing sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and positive market perception.

Assist in implementing departmental policies, objectives, and marketing activities to support overall business goals.

Monitor sales performance reports and analyze actual versus forecasted results.

Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior team members; assist in identifying training needs and supporting performance review processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess a Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of experience within the industry.

Familiar with property development market environment and historic trends.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, project launches, or sales activities.

Familiar with IFCA software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
