We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead the company's marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and sales support activities for residential and commercial property developments.
The role is responsible for overseeing promotional strategies, advertising campaigns, digital marketing activities, and market research initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, generate quality leads, support sales performance, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will manage project launches, marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective market presence and revenue achievement.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's property developments and strengthen brand presence.
Lead advertising, digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and project launches.
Drive brand awareness and lead generation through integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, buyer behaviour, and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain project positioning, branding direction, and marketing communication strategies.
Oversee the development of marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, digital content, show units, and promotional collateral.
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, online advertising, and CRM platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing effectiveness, lead conversion, and return on investment (ROI).
Work closely with the Sales team to develop sales strategies, improve lead conversion, and support revenue targets.
Manage marketing budgets, campaign planning, and performance reporting.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies, creative partners, media partners, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Project, Development, and Management teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with KPKT regulations, advertising permits, developer licensing requirements, and company policies.
Prepare marketing reports, campaign analysis, and strategic recommendations for management review.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum 5 years (Assistant Manager: 3-5 years) of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
Proven experience in developing marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and lead generation activities.
Strong understanding of branding, market research, customer insights, and campaign performance analysis.
Experience managing property launches, promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows.
Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
Experience in residential and commercial property marketing.
Knowledge of CRM systems, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics tools.
Familiarity with KPKT advertising requirements and property marketing compliance.
Experience managing creative agencies, media partners, and sales teams.
Strong understanding of property market trends and buyer behaviour.
