Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, project management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years leading project management and construction, high-rise preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on track record managing construction projects with consultants and contractors.
• Strong organizational skills for high-value, complex projects.
• Familiarity with contractual management to ensure compliance and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in contractual management, administration, variation orders and claims.
• Assist in cost budgeting, financial planning and evaluation of development opportunities.

• Ensure construction and maintenance work follow procedures and safety standards.
• Assist in defect resolution and maintenance to ensure timely completion.
• Deputise for the General Manager when required, showing leadership and independence.

• Ensure all construction and maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Assist in managing defect resolution and maintenance works to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
• Deputise for the General Manager as required, demonstrating strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management and construction, with prior exposure to high-rise developments preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support and deputise for senior management.
• Hands-on experience managing construction projects and liaising with consultants and contractors.
• Strong organizational skills to handle complex, high-value projects effectively.
• Familiarity with contractual management of construction projects to support compliance and successful execution.
