Lead and oversee the day-to-day IT operations across corporate offices, batching plants, and operational sites. This role encompasses IT operations and support, ERP implementation and digital transformation, IT infrastructure and operational technology, cybersecurity and governance, and budget management.
Key responsibilities
Supervise IT support personnel in delivering software, hardware, network, and end-user support services
Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents, service requests, and operational issues
Provide onsite support and consultation to batching plants and operational locations as required
Support ERP implementation, system enhancements, and business process transformation initiatives across the organization
Support integration between ERP and batching plant systems, dispatch systems, Microsoft 365
Work with key users to execute test scenarios and validate business processes
Ensure ongoing support for business users and batching plant operations
Monitor the performance and availability of IT and operational technology systems supporting batching plant operations
Perform regular IT security reviews, audits, and log monitoring activities
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit recommendations
About you
Support the IT Manager throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle
Support the IT Manager in risk assessments, mitigation planning, disaster recovery planning, and audit preparation activities
Promote cybersecurity awareness and security best practices across the organization
Monitor IT operational expenditures and ensure spending remains within approved budgets
Assist in preparing annual IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a degree in information technology or computer science, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT field.
Previous experience of leading an operations management team within an IT capacity.
Proven knowledge and technical expertise in IT systems, hardware and software
Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and internal stakeholders, subordinates, peers and senior management
Facilitation and project management skills.
