Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily inbound activities such as receiving, unloading, put-away, and storage to ensure timely and accurate inventory processing.

You will monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Strong WMS and MS Office skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in warehouse or inbound operations; 1–2 years in supervisory role.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office; ability to lead warehouse teams.

Manage daily inbound activities including receiving, unloading, put-away, and storage to ensure timely and accurate inventory processing.

Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate stock discrepancies, maintain WMS data integrity, and ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed.

Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, plan manpower allocation, monitor productivity, and provide coaching to achieve operational KPIs.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company policies while driving continuous process improvements.

Prepare operational reports, monitor inbound performance, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and resolve operational issues to meet service requirements.

Role Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of warehouse or inbound operations experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.

Strong knowledge of inbound warehouse processes, inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Good leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage warehouse teams effectively.

Familiar with warehouse SOPs, workplace safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to liaise with customers, warehouse staff, and stakeholders.
