Maybank Malaysia is seeking a seasoned corporate banking professional to manage a portfolio of local corporate accounts. You will support the Associate Director and Director on all aspects of relationship management.

You will understand clients’ financing requirements, perform detailed analysis and structure financing terms. You will also handle credit origination papers and drive internal approvals in line with regulations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Preference for credit-related work experience with analytical and credit assessment abilities.
• Familiarity with Maybank credit systems such as EOS, MFI and CRRS.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to work independently.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and apply policy knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of local corporate accounts.
• Support Associate Director and Director on all aspects of account management.
• Understand clients’ financing requirements and perform analysis and structuring detailed financing terms.
• Credit origination including writing credit papers and driving internal approvals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory framework and Group policies.
• Negotiate and finalize loan documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, accountants and financial advisers.
• Monitor loan covenants and early warning triggers.
• Handle housekeeping, administrative, and reporting related to the portfolio.
