Responsibilities

• Analyze market data to develop marketing strategies for products or services, considering customer demand, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote the company’s offerings and identify new business opportunities to support future growth.
• Lead the tender process, including reviewing the scope of work (SOW), and ensuring technical clarifications are addressed.
• Ensure tender submissions and proposals are clear, comprehensive, and that all queries and deviations are documented and resolved.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely submission of tender bids.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Establish connections with potential new customers to expand the client base and enhance profitability.
• Travel to client locations and meet with clients to foster close relationships.
• Liaise with engineering, quality, and procurement to meet technical, quality, and commercial requirements.
• Monitor and report on marketing strategies, sales processes, and project statuses for management review.
