This role will play a key part in driving business growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships within the Malaysian automotive aftermarket industry.
Lead new business development initiatives within the Malaysian automotive aftermarket.
Work closely with management to plan and execute market expansion strategies.
Identify and develop new distribution channels, partners, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (regional offices, headquarters in Japan, and cross-functional teams) to drive business initiatives.
Facilitate communication and alignment between Malaysia operations and overseas headquarters.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management review.
Drive project execution, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Support negotiations with partners and customers to establish sustainable business relationships.
Monitor business performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
