Marketing Strategy Development:
- Analyze market data to develop marketing strategies for products or services, considering customer demand, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote the company’s offerings and identify new business opportunities to support future growth.
- Manage external sales agent and provide necessary support
Sales Enquiry Management and Tender Execution:
- Lead the tender process, including reviewing the scope of work (SOW), and ensuring that all technical clarifications (TCs) are addressed.
- Ensure that tender submissions and proposals are clear, comprehensive, and that all queries and deviations are documented and resolved.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely submission of tender bids.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Establish connections with potential new customers to expand the company’s client base and enhance profitability.
- Travel to client location and frequent meet up with clients to foster close relationship
Cross-Departmental Liaison:
- Liaise with other departments, including engineering, quality, and procurement, to ensure that all technical, quality, and commercial requirements are met during the sales and tender process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting:
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and sales processes, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and project statuses for management review.
