• Achieve target and quality indicators as determined by management.
• Supervise daily housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace.
• Ensure maximum attendance and maintain attendance records; address subordinates when needed.
• Create a desirable work environment and foster a cooperative workforce.
• Undertake operational troubleshooting.
• Address reasonable complaints from other sections or departments promptly.
• Carry out additional duties as instructed by superiors.

Job description

Responsible for smooth running of the daily operations of the assembly & secondary process

Responsible for achieving all target and quality indicators as and when determined by management, through efficiency of workforce.

Required to supervise daily housekeeping procedures to ensure cleanliness and as well as tidiness of work place.

Required to ensure maximum attendance of subordinates and to maintain an attendance record, also required to reprimand subordinates.

Require to create and provide a desirable work place and to ensure a co-operative workforce amongst subordinates.

Responsible to undertake operational troubleshooting

Required to entertain reasonable complaints from other section or other department and to immediately act upon it.

Carry out other duties as and when instructed by superiors from time to time.
