Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is SPM or equivalent.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to follow instructions, SOPs and safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork, discipline and attention to detail.
• Physically fit for material handling and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing 6S housekeeping.
• Operate, monitor, and perform Level 1 tasks on production equipment to ensure output.
• Continuously load raw materials and input components to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Transfer and handle processed materials to the next stage with proper documentation and compliance with quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to supervisors or maintenance teams when necessary.
• Adhere to established safety protocols, SOPs, and quality control guidelines.
• Work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Provide break-time coverage to ensure uninterrupted workflow within the team.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and workplace safety.

Job description

Continuously load raw materials and input components to keep equipment running efficiently, minimizing downtime and interruptions.

Transfer and handle processed materials to the next production stage while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with quality standards.

Perform basic troubleshooting and promptly escalation issues to supervisors or maintenance teams when necessary.

Adhere to established safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control guidelines.

Work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.

Follow staggered break schedules and provide break-time coverage to ensure uninterrupted workflow within the team.

Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
