Job summary

Guppy Plastic Industries - Melaka Branch is seeking a production supervisor to oversee facility operations, ensure output quality, and organize training for the production team. The role includes monitoring daily output, prioritizing tasks to meet goals, and coordinating with planners for internal production planning.

The position involves ensuring processes follow standard work instructions and maintaining smooth line operations with regular manpower adjustments to sustain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output and quality.
• Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Ensure the operation follows WI.
• Monitor the daily output and quality.
• Daily line manpower arrangement and manpower change check.
• Liaise with planner to have internal production plan.
