Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver engaging, high-impact training programmes for diverse audiences, including senior management and leadership teams
Facilitate sessions on high-demand and current topics such as:
Digital skills and future of work
Leadership in a technology-enabled environment
Apply adult learning principles, experiential learning techniques, and coaching approaches to enhance engagement and retention
Demonstrate strong executive presence with effective communication and facilitation skills
Possess strong working knowledge of instructional frameworks such as the ADDIE model and apply them in delivery context
Learning Design & Development
Design and develop structured learning modules, curricula, and training materials aligned with business and industry needs
Create customised learning solutions for internal stakeholders and external clients
Apply instructional design methodologies, including the ADDIE model, to ensure structured and effective learning development
Incorporate modern learning approaches, including:
E-learning and digital learning solutions
Blended learning approaches (virtual and classroom)
Microlearning and modular content design
Use of learning technologies (e.g., LMS, AI-enabled tools)
Ensure content remains current, relevant, and future-ready by integrating industry trends, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Conduct comprehensive Training Need Analysis to identify skill gaps and organisational development needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business strategies
Translate TNA findings into actionable learning plans, strategies, and development roadmaps
Competency Framework Development
Design, review, and implement competency frameworks and matrices across job levels
Support talent development through structured competency mapping and career progression frameworks
Align competencies with leadership, technical, and behavioural requirements
Measure training effectiveness, using recognised evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick's Four Levels
Analyse participant feedback, assessment results, and performance data to improve learning outcomes
Continuously enhance programme quality, content relevance, and delivery effectiveness
Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement in L&D initiatives
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and external clients to deliver impactful learning solutions
Represent the organisation as a credible and professional training provider and thought leader
Support business development efforts through proposals, pitching solutions, and client engagement
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and programme success.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
Accredited HRDC (HRD Corp) Trainer Certification (Malaysia) – mandatory
Minimum 6–7 years of experience in Learning & Development / training delivery
Proven experience in delivering training programmes to senior management and leadership-level participants.
Demonstrated experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing training modules / structured curricula.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks and skills mapping.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences effectively
Client-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships
