J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist supervisors in expanding stations, coordinate parcel locker projects, and support regional training initiatives.

The role involves tracking regional progress, liaising with national partners, and guiding data-driven reporting across the full operational workflow. The ideal candidate holds a business degree, demonstrates strong communication and data analysis skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job description

Assist supervisors in driving station expansion initiatives, including tracking regional progress, coordinating with third‑party brands, and conducting regional training.

Lead the implementation of parcel locker projects, covering business negotiations, client visits, government liaison, site confirmation, installation coordination, transportation, and team collaboration.

Oversee the execution of regional parcel locker targets, deliver training support, and monitor data across the full operational workflow.

Liaise with national operations partners on new site expansion plans and ensure effective execution.

Collect and organize operational data (parcel volume, revenue, complaints, etc.), prepare reports, and support supervisors in completing nationwide station operation reports.

Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business or any relevant studies.

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and data analysis skills, with a collaborative team spirit.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of data statistics and report preparation.

Detail‑oriented, principled, resilient under pressure, and highly responsible.

Excellent coordination skills with the ability to drive issue resolution and process improvement.
