Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Leader - Concierge to assist in the efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division, aligning with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. You will contribute to guest and owner satisfaction by ensuring smooth service delivery and a proactive, guest-centric approach.

The role requires a diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, at least 2 years' experience as a Team Leader - Concierge in a luxury

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader - Concierge in a luxury hotel.
• Valid driving license - Class D (mandatory).
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Must be physically fit to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

• Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Team Leader - Concierge in a luxury hotel brand.
• Valid driving license - Class D (mandatory)
• Proven ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
