Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or related role.
• Proven track record of managing hotel operations and leading diverse teams.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of hospitality industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance).
• Manage guest relations and promptly resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
