Job summary

PMW Lighting in Malaysia is looking for a capable operations supervisor to support the Factory Manager in day‑to‑day factory activities, covering Production, Store, Sales Fulfillment and Outbound Logistics. You will ensure orders are planned, produced, packed and delivered to meet customer requirements, while maintaining productivity, quality, inventory accuracy and operational discipline.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field and at least five years in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience.
• Supervisory or management experience in a factory environment.
• Strong hands-on execution, coordination, problem-solving and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production execution, manpower allocation and productivity.
• Ensure production plans and customer delivery commitments are achieved.
• Oversee Store operations, material readiness and inventory accuracy.
• Manage sales fulfillment from confirmed order through scheduling and shipment.
• Oversee outbound logistics, transport coordination and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Store, QA, Engineering and Sales to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and drive timely corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, 5S and productivity initiatives.
• Supervise and develop operational teams while strengthening accountability and discipline.
• Assist the Factory Manager in overall factory planning, capacity readiness and operational improvement.
