Job summary

Tacam Steel Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead and optimize day-to-day production in a metal fabrication environment. The role emphasizes meeting delivery and quality expectations while scaling capacity and flexibility and controlling costs.

Responsibilities include reducing wastage, aligning manufacturing to use in-house resources efficiently, maintaining equipment, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP or MRP systems is a plus.
• Strong time management and budget controlling.
• Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Managers.

Job description

Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or door production environment in a similar position

Planning, executing and optimizing day-to-day operations to meet the delivery and quality expectations;

Increasing production capacity and flexibility, while minimizing unnecessary costs
