Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive planning, execution, and optimization of daily metal fabrication/door production activities.

The role emphasizes increasing capacity, reducing waste, and ensuring safety and quality, while maintaining equipment and leading teams with accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in metal fabrication or door production environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP or MRP systems is a plus.
• Strong time management and budget controlling.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize day-to-day operations to meet the delivery and quality expectations.
• Increase production capacity and flexibility, while minimizing unnecessary costs.
• Adopting manufacturing to maximize utilization of in-house resources and outsource the inefficiencies.
• Minimize wastage & overtime.
• Ensuring compliance to health and safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.
• Ensuring proper maintenance and renewal of equipment, machineries and factory's facilities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Creating a relationship of trust with colleagues and employees by practicing accountability and leadership by example.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Managers.
