• Proficiency with hotel PMS and housekeeping software (e.g., Opera, HotSOS, Knowcross).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily housekeeping activities and assign work to ensure proper staffing.
• Train and develop team members, monitor performance, and enforce safety standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest requests and special inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.
