Job summary

Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team, uphold high cleanliness standards, and ensure a warmly memorable guest experience. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, schedule workloads, inspect rooms and public areas, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service.

A Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, with at least 3 years in housekeeping and 1 year in a supervisory role, plus proficiency

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
Minimum 3 years in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Experience with PMS and housekeeping software (e.g., Opera, HotSOS, Knowcross).

Responsibilities

Direct daily housekeeping activities; plan and assign work to ensure adequate staffing.
Develop your team and improve performance through coaching and feedback; set development goals.
Educate and train all team members in safety, compliance, and proper use of tools and equipment.
Maintain supplies and equipment; minimize waste and uphold green initiatives.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
