Job summary

Invenio Potential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential building facilities in Johor Bahru.

The role covers electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and minor breakdowns, with routine inspections to ensure all systems function properly and safety standards are met. CIDB registration is mandatory and immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in electrical engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
• CIDB registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in buildings.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• Valid CIDB registration is mandatory. Candidates without CIDB will not be considered.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in building, property, or facility maintenance.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, building maintenance, and troubleshooting works.

• Experience working in residential, commercial, or gated & guarded properties is an added advantage.

• Candidates with Wireman (PW), AO, or other related technical certifications will have an added advantage.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Willing to work on standby or attend emergency breakdowns when required.

• Able to join immediately or by September 2026.

Salary & Employment

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 per month
