Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to perform preventive and corrective tasks across residential buildings and common areas. The role covers electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related maintenance duties to keep systems running smoothly.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of building maintenance experience is ideal. Candidates with PW/AO certifications will have added advantage, and a readiness to respond to emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in building, property, or facility maintenance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge in electrical systems, building maintenance, and troubleshooting works.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or gated & guarded properties is an added advantage.
• Candidates with Wireman (PW), AO, or other related technical certifications will have added advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on standby or attend emergency breakdowns when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives for the property.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and security personnel when required.
• Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance-related complaints or requests.
