Job summary

Invenio Potential in Johor Bahru is seeking an Assistant Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential buildings and common areas. You will respond to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related breakdowns while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.

The role requires CIDB registration, a certificate or diploma in a relevant field, and at least 1 year of maintenance experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply and immediate joining is possible.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• CIDB registration is mandatory; candidates without CIDB will not be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in building, property, or facility maintenance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, building maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in residential, commercial, or gated & guarded properties is an added advantage.
• Candidates with Wireman (PW), AO, or related technical certifications will have an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on standby or attend emergency breakdowns when required.
• Able to join immediately or by September 2026.

• Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance-related complaints or requests.
