Job summary

Tunglip Precision Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Assistant Engineer/Production Assistant Engineer to join our Batu Pahat, Johor team. As a full-time employee, you will support production of high-precision parts for our diverse customer base.

Required qualifications include technical cert CNC machining, diploma or degree in relevant engineering, plus CAD experience. You will monitor processes, PPAP support, and contribute to continuous improvements with QA and production teams.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree in relevant engineering fields.
• Experience with CNC machining is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support PPAP submission & document preparation (FA measurement, SPC, PFMEA, MAS, Flow Chart, Control Plan).
• Monitor new project timing to ensure adherence to schedule.
• Prepare work instruction standards for new or revised processes.
• Distribute ECN for engineering changes internally and externally.
• Support QA & Production teams in continuous improvement activities.
• Assist supervisor with other assigned tasks.

Tunglip Precision Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Assistant Engineer/Production Assistant Engineer to join our team in Batu Pahat, Johor. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality precision parts for our diverse range of customers.

Qualification

• Technical Certificate related to CNC Machining.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.

Basic Software Skills

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
• CAD Software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Good communication with all levels and team members.

Technical Skills

• Understand technical drawing
• Basic CNC machine knowledge (Programming code is an added advantage)
• Familiar with tolerances and precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor process & KPI.

Drawing & Quality Knowledge

• Basic GD&T.
• Basic of measurement equipment use.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PPAP submission & document preparation (FA measurement, SPC, PFMEA, MAS, Flow Chart, Control Plan).
• Monitor new project timing to ensure follow the schedule plan.
• Prepare work instruction standard (New process & revision change).
• Distribute ECN for any engineering change for internal & external.
• Support QA & Production team for continuous improvement activities.
• Assist superior any others jobs assign time to time.
