Job summary

KOS CONSULT SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Contract Manager to support Management in guiding a team of Contract Executives. The role is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, with occasional duties at the branch as required.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams on contractual issues, monitor deadlines, and help ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts administration experience, with at least 3 years in consultancy.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

Job description

As an Assistant Contract Manager at KOS CONSULT SDN. BHD., you will assist the Management to guide and monitor a team of Contract Executives. This position will be based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, but the Candidate may need to assist in supervising and coordinating on tasks assign the branch office.

What you'll be doing

• Able to lead and guide Contract Executives on daily quantity surveying related tasks
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual issues and
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in contracts administration (minimum 3 years of consultant experience)
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate contractual risks
• Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in measurement software and other relevant tools will be an added advantage
