Job summary

Meru Perkasa Sdn Bhd is a trusted construction and property development company actively involved in government and private sector projects. We seek a seasoned Contracts Manager/QS to prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts while advising management on liabilities and obligations.

The role requires 5–8 years in QS/Contracts with excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills to oversee project costs within the contract framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in QS / Contracts management.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
