• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial planning and monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor cash flow and client payments as well as subcontractor/supplier obligations.
• Assist in commercial negotiations with clients and manage variations and notices.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier procurement, contract administration and performance.
