Job summary

• Experience in construction commercial management and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims management and final accounts.
• Proven ability to manage client claims, variations and subcontract procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate progress claims, variations, EOT claims and final accounts.
• Administer subcontract agreements including tendering, evaluation and payment certification.
• Monitor cash flow, payment collections and commercial reporting.
• Identify and manage commercial risks while ensuring contractual compliance.
