Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
8–10 years of commercial or quantity surveying experience on construction projects of similar size and complexity.
Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, risk management and cash flow monitoring.
Experience in managing client, subcontractor and supplier commercial matters.
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support commercial planning and monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance.
Identify, evaluate, and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor cash flow and client payments as well as subcontractor/supplier obligations.
Assist in commercial negotiations with clients and manage variations and notices.
Oversee subcontractor and supplier procurement, contract administration and performance.
