• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of commercial or quantity surveying experience on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, risk management, and cash flow monitoring.
• Experience in managing client, subcontractor, and supplier commercial matters.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
