Job summary

• Strong written and spoken English; other languages a plus.

Assist in managing the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
Supervise and guide reservation agents to ensure efficient and accurate handling of bookings.
Ensure all reservations are processed promptly and in accordance with hotel standards and policies.
Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking pace to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Work closely with the Revenue Management team to implement pricing strategies and inventory controls.
Ensure rate codes, market segments, packages, and promotions are correctly loaded into the reservation system.
Good work relationship with Sales and Front Office.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in revenue management and hotel distribution channels is an added advantage.
Familiarity with channel managers, OTA platforms, and PMS systems.
Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
