Job summary

Sophic Automation Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an Asset & Operations Administrator who will fully comprehend lab tools and system configurations, and execute daily priority work orders. You will manage inventory tasks, check in/out items, track shipments, register assets, and support audit and disposal processes, while maintaining quality and adhering to SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a engineering qualification, strong organizational and leadership skills, multi-tasking ability, and good English

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Flexible, self-starter and capable of handling multi-task operations.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email.
• English literacy.
