Macnica Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement professional to coordinate engagements with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring efficient transactions. You will develop procurement plans aligned with strategies and set KPIs across teams to drive growth.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field and at least 3 years in purchasing or supply chain, with strong Excel and Oracle system knowledge. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Preferred minimum 3 years of purchasing or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Understanding of supplier relationships and experience with Oracle System is advantageous.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.

Preferred minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing or supply chain will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Understanding of supplier relationships and have experience of working with suppliers.

Knowledge and experience in using Oracle System will be an advantage.
