Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Procurement Officer in Kajang to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for an electronics and industrial manufacturing client. You will identify and select vendors, negotiate contracts, process requisitions, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality standards and procurement policies.

Candidates should have a Diploma or higher, with 1–2 years of experience, and strong MS Office skills;

Qualifications

• Diploma or advanced/higher diploma, Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate diploma in related disciplines.
• 1–2 years working experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all procurement activities for the organization.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on procurement procedures and contracts.
• Develop, manage and coordinate the procurement processes.
• Identify and select vendors based on pricing, quality, quantity availability and delivery dates.
• Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.
• Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure goods are delivered on time.
• Manage suppliers on quality issues and coordinate changes in material specification.

Key Requirements:
