Job summary

ICT Zone Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced leader to own the end-to-end life cycle of rental, refurbishment, replacement and disposal assets across the organization. You will lead Rental Assets, oversee refurbishment, inventory handling and ensure SLA compliance with quality standards.

You will drive budgeting, KPI development, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Procurement to maximise asset utilization, minimize costs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Experience leading multiple operational functions and teams.
• Experience with asset lifecycle, refurbishment, warranty, inventory control and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end life cycle of rental, refurbished, replacement and disposal assets.
• Manage Rental Assets, store, refurbishment, and technical support.
• Set KPIs, SOPs, standards and targets.
• Oversee manpower, budget and resources for efficiency.
• Coach and manage team performance per policies.
• Maintain asset RFID tagging, tracking and accountability.
• Monitor asset availability, aging, maintenance and condition.
• Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
