J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a diligent Asset Administrator to track and maintain the company's asset ledger and oversee daily asset usage across HQ and BTC offices. You will ensure accurate records and support inventory checks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include updating asset records, monitoring location/status, and ensuring compliance with fixed asset policies while supporting nationwide asset management processes. On-site role based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and maintain the company's asset ledger in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily asset usage, allocation, storage, resale, and disposal for both the Headquarters and BTC offices to reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and update asset records, ensuring accurate status and location tracking.
• Conduct monthly and annual asset inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with fixed asset management policies and monitor nationwide asset management processes and standards.
