Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT asset management focusing on hardware assets.
• Hands-on experience with Flexera One / FlexNet Manager.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, inventory control, and CMDB.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Certifications such as ITAM, ITIL, or Flexera are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets (procurement to disposal).
• Maintain accurate asset records using Flexera and other CMDB tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and licensing agreements.
• Optimize asset utilization and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, and finance teams.
• Generate reports and dashboards for audits and management.
