You’ll work with attorneys and BD/Marketing teams to develop client materials, track KPIs, and maintain CRM tools. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Business or Marketing, have strong English, Mandarin valued, and up to two years of relevant

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Up to two years of relevant work experience in business development, professional services, or related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin valued.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development of client-facing materials: capability statements, proposals, presentations, and responses to RfPs and government tenders.
• Coordinate and support execution of international conferences, client visits, and events.
• Conduct market, client, and competitor research to support new business opportunities and strategic planning.
• Monitor industry data and trends to provide insights for BD strategies.
• Maintain and update BD tools, including CRM systems and reporting templates.
• Assist with internal reporting, tracking KPIs for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Asia-Pacific BD teams to support cross-border initiatives.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to Asia BD team.
