Job summary

RIGOL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Field Applications Engineer to support the growth of our Test & Measurement business across assigned ASEAN territories.

The role serves as the technical bridge between RIGOL, channel partners, and customers, providing application expertise, product demonstrations, and pre-sales engineering assistance. The candidate will work closely with Sales, Channel Partners, Business Units, Product Management, and HQ teams to identify customer requirements and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–8 years in electronics, RF/wireless, power electronics, embedded systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of electronic measurement principles and lab equipment.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscope-based measurements and test instruments.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support, FAE, or technical sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support and engage with customers throughout buying journey.
• Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and measurement methodologies.
• Lead or support proof-of-concept and evaluation projects for opportunities.
• Build and deliver technical enablement content for channel partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HQ teams to translate customer requirements into solutions.
