Job summary

RIGOL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Territory Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to support the growth of our Test & Measurement business across assigned ASEAN territories.

The Territory FAE will act as the technical bridge between RIGOL, channel partners, and customers, delivering application expertise and pre-sales engineering support. The role collaborates with Sales, Partners, BU, Product Management, and HQ teams to translate customer requirements into practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications or Physics.
• 3–8 years in electronics, RF/wireless, power electronics, embedded systems or related field.
• Strong understanding of electronic measurement principles and lab equipment.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, and multimeters.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support, FAE, Sales Engineering, or technical sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within ASEAN and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support and consultations throughout the customer buying journey.
• Understand customer requirements, test challenges, specifications, and application environments.
• Recommend suitable RIGOL instruments and measurement solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support customers and channel partners in evaluating solutions and competitive comparisons.
• Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and measurement methodologies.
• Lead or support customer proof-of-concept and evaluation projects.
• Develop repeatable application solutions scalable across territories.
