Qualifications

• Proven ASEAN new business hunter with quota attainment >80% for 3+ years.
• Technically fluent; capable of ARIA AI demo without a solutions person.
• Well-connected in Malaysia's enterprise community (BFSI, Media, Fintech).
• Mandarin / Chinese language strongly preferred; Bahasa welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Build and close new enterprise logos across Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam.
• Run ARIA AI demonstrations and AI Opportunity Assessment workshops independently.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close with Salesforce pipeline reviews.
• Position AMS as a competitive fixed-cost alternative to traditional vendors in ASEAN.
• Leverage Robosoft references for warm introductions and credibility.
• Represent Robosoft at ASEAN enterprise forums and media industry events.
