Impress is seeking a commercially minded Revenue Manager to own the full lifecycle of enterprise AI adoption for Southeast Asia clients. You’ll hunt new logos while nurturing existing relationships, delivering ROI demos to CXO levels, and aligning with product and marketing to accelerate adoption of Savos.

Based in Malaysia, you will drive growth, renewals, and upsell opportunities, build trust as a trusted advisor, and apply data-driven processes to maintain pipeline health and forecast

Competenze

• 3–5 years in Account Management, CS, or Sales in HR Tech; enterprise sales experience is a major plus.
• The Builder Mindset: excited by the “Discovery Phase” and helping us figure out the best way to sell AI.

Mansioni

• New Business: Prospect and qualify enterprise leads; aim for 140% of portfolio; lead tailored demos.
• Portfolio Growth: Serve as trusted advisor, drive adoption and retention; own renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Revenue Operations & Insights: Maintain pipeline health, activity logs, and forecasts in CRM; monitor market trends.
