Job summary

XP Power Malaysia in Seri Iskandar is seeking a P&O Executive to support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment letters and payroll inputs. You will work with employees, hiring managers and the P&O team to ensure timely, accurate administration in line with company policies.

You will handle attendance, leave, data accuracy, employee records and respond to inquiries while supporting engagement and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in human resources or people operations; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll inputs, attendance and leave.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS or payroll system experience is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews and references.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees with required documents and records.
• Prepare and administer employment letters, offers, transfers and salary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, leave and HR records in the system.
• Support monthly payroll inputs and respond to employee inquiries on P&O policies and benefits.
• Assist with employee relations, engagement activities and compliance documentation.
