Hong Leong Bank is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to promote Amanah Saham Bumiputera financing and cross-sell loans and credit cards. You will engage both new and existing customers, guiding them through applications and income documentation.

This role emphasizes strong relationship management, compliance with KYC/AMLA and other regulatory standards, and growing the Islamic product portfolio through proactive acquisition of new-to-bank clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Promote Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) Financing as core product to new and existing customers.
• Cross-sell personal loans and credit cards to boost product holding per customer.
• Participate in roadshows, corporate marketing visits, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
• Assist customers with filling out forms and gathering income documents.
• Explain product features, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly.
• Ensure all applications follow bank and government rules like KYC and AMLA policies.
• Focus on growing Islamic products through relationship management and acquisition of new-to-bank clients.
• Ensure transactions and client interactions adhere to bank policies, SOPs, and regulations (PDPA, AMLCFT, Shariah Governance).
