Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management or related field.
• Certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI and FIMM/IPPC (Unit Trust/Banca) as applicable to license requirements.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Acquisition: Promote ASB Financing to new and existing customers.
• Maximize Cross-Selling: Cross-sell personal loans and credit cards.
• Execute Multi-Channel Marketing: Participate in roadshows, corporate marketing visits, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
• Application Processing: Assist customers with forms and income documents.
• Customer Service: Explain product features, rates, and terms clearly.
• Compliance: Adhere to KYC and AML policies.
• Portfolio Growth: Grow Islamic products through relationship management and new-to-bank client acquisition.
• Compliance & Risk: Follow bank policies, internal SOPs and regulations (PDPA, AMLCFT, Shariah Governance).
