Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is recruiting for a sales-focused role within our Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) Financing team. You will promote ASB financing, cross-sell personal loans and credit cards, and participate in multi-channel marketing activities to generate leads and close deals.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in financial services sales, strong communication, and a proactive attitude. Compliance with KYC/AML and PDPA remains essential across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management or equivalent.
• Certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, and FIMM/IPPC as applicable to license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Acquisition: Promote ASB Financing as core product to new and existing customers.
• Maximize Cross-Selling: Cross-sell personal loans and credit cards to boost product holding per customer.
• Execute Multi-Channel Marketing: Participate in roadshows, corporate visits, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
• Application Processing: Assist customers with forms and income documents.
• Customer Service: Explain features, rates, and repayment terms clearly.
• Compliance: Adhere to KYC, AMLA and regulatory guidelines.
